This warehouse had the asbestos removed prior to our arrival.

We replaced the existing asbestos with a metal wall lining make up of 70mm stud, fixed to existing warehouse frame, followed by 2 layers of 15mm fireboard, then smoke tape to joints and perimeter to seal and protect for 1 hour rating.

We not only had the opportunity to complete the interior package, we also carried out the external package as well.

External package including -

Installation of external structural framing (Metsec) and weather proof boarding.

Interior package including -

3 floors (ground, 1st and 2nd floor) with 24 student rooms in total.

Chippenham Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate March 17

The client was a well established printing company moving to bigger premises, we installed metal stud wall lining to the external warehouse for all delivery's to come in and out.

The opposite side of the building had a newly installed mezzanine floor, under this were the printing rooms that we split up using acoustic partitions to help with the noisy machinery.

Also included in the interior package was the installation of all office partitions and suspended ceilings to the first floor.
